Representatives from municipal departments have explained their responsibilities and authorities, and responded to homeowner association questions and concerns. The seminars have been videotaped and are viewed on a continual basis on the Community Channel. Homeowner association officials have been given a manual compiled by Making A Difference facilitator Sikora, which provides a source of information for the associations.
